This Design was done by award winner Radim Malinic. He is well known for advertisement and logo designs. He has done designs for Coca Cola, Dell, and a lot more. This is a design for car that I think is great it incorporates all styles of design from the photography of the car to the illustration of the city in the back. to me it looks like the car is speeding around the city with no obstacles that can get in the way. I love the color choice. it is an enjoyable image to look at.

This is a collection of images i found on Pinterest and I find myself keep going back and looking at it. they include very creative words or sayings that incorporate small images are symbols to make you feel like you are seeing an overall image as you read it. I try to use this as inspiration that things so simple can have a huge impact on design.
This is an image off of Print magazine. this caught my eyes for multiple reasons. The first is, my favorite kind of type is 3D and that is exactly what this is. It does a great job showing the TYPE & FORM in 3D and uses a drop shadow where as everything else on the cover is flat. The next reason it stands out is because the text is functional with what it says. it has the appearance of the text being formed in some kind of plaster. I also like the arrangement. the one negitive I have is that it stands out so much that the title Print is second on the hierarchy.
Photography
This is off a cover of How. I did my magazine research in GDS 102 on How magazine and it has so much great info inside on graphic design and more usually broken up into specific topics. I highly recommend reading a couple issues if you get the chance. Anyways this cover incorporates photography on top of photography that goes very well together to make this composition. Not only is the images great it goes with the main topic of this issue which is break through.
